When will my Dutch Stroopwafel be delivered?
If you order on working days before 15:00, your order will be shipped the same day.
How is my order shipped?
We ship with PostNL, which performs an 18+ check at the door. Your order will be offered once at the delivery address, after which it can be picked up from a PostNL point nearby.
Will I also receive an invoice?
Yes, you will receive an invoice via email with your order, and a packing slip is included with the order. You can also download a copy of the invoice on your account page. If you indicate at checkout that the package is 'not for yourself', a packing slip will be included in the box, but without mentioning prices. We can no longer adjust invoices after the order has been placed.
