It’s time for the Pornstar Martini. One of the most popular vodka cocktails of the moment. And for good reason, the tropical taste of passion fruit and vanilla make it a somewhat complex taste experience. The texture is wonderfully soft and full due to the egg white. 60 ml Amsterdam Republic Vanilla Vodka????
Ice cubes
40 ml Egg white
5 ml Lime juice
100 ml Passion fruit juice or pulp
60 ml Passion fruit liqueur

- Shake as hard as you can, because the foam layer is created by shaking.
- Take a chilled Martini or coupe glass and pour the contents of the shaker through the Hawthorne strainer.
